On October 27th, Stephen swore into the United States Air Force as a Second Lieutenant after completing 13 weeks at Officer Training School. His hard work and excellence were recognized when he was awarded a Leadership Excellence Award and also received Distinguished Graduate (top 10% of the class). We are all so proud of his accomplishments. My dad, a retired USAF Major, read the oath to commission Steve. Steve's mom and I both pinned on his gold bars.
